MARSTEK Partners with Shenzhen Technology University to Establish Joint AI Internship Base

As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the future of the new energy sector, the demand for brilliant minds who can bridge the gap between complex algorithms and practical engineering has never been more urgent. Driven by this vision, we at MARSTEK (Shenzhen Hame Technology Co., Ltd.) have officially joined forces with the Artificial Intelligence College of Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU) to establish a joint off-campus internship base.

On May 29, 2026, the unveiling ceremony was grandly held at our new MARSTEK headquarters, marking the beginning of a profound new chapter in talent cultivation and the deep integration of industry and education. The milestone event was attended by our Deputy General Manager, Luo Jing, and VP of R&D, Wu Yi, alongside esteemed representatives from SZTU, including Deputy Dean Prof. Liang Lixin, Assoc. Prof. Lin Lin, Assoc. Prof. Zhou Xiaolin, and faculty members Zhang Changqun and Mei Fengcheng.

A Synergistic Blueprint for Future Talents

Following the unveiling ceremony, we engaged in a highly productive symposium with the SZTU delegation, focusing on student cultivation, project docking, and deepening our strategic cooperation.

Aligning with our technological layout in energy storage and smart hardware, we shared our urgent industry need for versatile AI talents. In return, the SZTU Artificial Intelligence College shared their rich practical experience in industry-education integration. Both parties agreed that the university's academic strengths and our enterprise's engineering scenarios are highly complementary. Moving forward, we will collaborate synergistically across three core areas:

  • Hands-on Internship Training

  • Joint Curriculum Development

  • Collaborative Research on Key Tech Challenges

Together, we aim to pioneer a new collaborative education model centered on the "co-cultivation of talents, co-management of processes, and co-sharing of achievements."

Bridging Academia and Engineering Excellence

Accompanied by our management team, Prof. Liang Lixin and the SZTU delegation later toured our state-of-the-art technology showroom and employee activity areas. They gained a detailed understanding of our latest technological achievements and industrial layout in new energy storage and smart hardware terminals, highly praising our strong culture of engineering innovation and exceptional employee care environment.

As a national high-tech enterprise deeply rooted in new energy storage and smart manufacturing, we possess an advanced engineering technology platform and a mature practical training support system. By establishing this internship base with SZTU, we aim to precisely cultivate the "algorithm + engineering" compound AI talents urgently needed by the industry. Simultaneously, we will leverage the university's frontier research capabilities to jointly overcome technical bottlenecks in energy storage and smart control, accelerating the transition of innovative achievements from the laboratory to industrial application.

Expanding Our Collaborative R&D Ecosystem

This partnership stands as another monumental milestone in our deepening industry-university-research layout. It proudly follows our successful establishment of the "Smart Energy Storage Technology Laboratory" with the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), and the "Advanced Power Conversion and Smart Energy Storage Technology Joint Innovation Lab" with the South China University of Technology (SCUT).

Looking ahead, we will continue to champion the integration of industry and education. By nurturing top-tier talents and injecting new momentum into innovation, we remain dedicated to driving the coordinated development of the new energy and artificial intelligence industries across the Greater Bay Area and beyond.
