door MarstekEnergy 13 Apr 2026 0 reacties

March saw a surge in Europe's new energy market. Guided by the EU's "Green Deal", Europe is accelerating its shift from "scale expansion" to "quality improvement." From March 25th to 29th, the RENEO 2026 kicked off in Budapest; closely following, from March 26th to 28th, the Forward Green & Renewable EnergyTech 2026 in Greece was in full swing.

As a globally renowned energy storage brand, MARSTEK showcased a range of independently innovated core technology products, demonstrating the excellence of Chinese manufacturing in residential storage and mobile energy to the European industry. It provided European households with targeted energy solutions and discussed a green future with global clients.

01 Policy-Led, Locally Tailored

Facing the differentiated policy orientations and user demands of Hungary and Greece, MARSTEK delved into local markets, customizing the most competitive product portfolios for both countries.

Subsidy-Driven, Three-Phase Storage Empowers Household Energy Independence

The Hungarian government recently launched a household energy storage subsidy program worth 100 billion Forint (approximately 2.1 billion RMB), offering non-repayable subsidies for households purchasing energy storage systems of 10kWh and above. This policy triggered a strong market response, with a surge in demand for large-scale energy storage systems. At the Budapest exhibition, MARSTEK presented heavyweight solutions:

Addressing the surging demand for energy storage systems in Hungary, MARSTEK's star product, VENUS G(three-phase version), captivated the entire audience with its exceptional flexibility and integration. Featuring a modular stacking design, its system capacity can be freely expanded from 5kWh to 30kWh. This not only allows it to easily meet the 10kWh subsidy threshold but also cleverly resolves the challenge of installing large-scale energy storage systems in homes with limited or complex spaces. More crucially, the VENUS G(three-phase version) integrates a 15kW hybrid inverter, and its AC-coupled architecture seamlessly connects to existing PV systems, supporting 7.5kW of PV input. This greatly simplifies retrofitting processes and significantly reduces upgrade costs, enabling the vast number of existing PV users in the Hungarian market to enjoy policy benefits in the most convenient way and move towards energy self-sufficiency.

Additionally, MARSTEK showcased its flagship three-phase energy storage product, the MARS I PLUS. Representing the pinnacle of residential energy storage systems, its battery capacity can be expanded from 5.12kWh to an astonishing 30.72kWh via stacking, offering unprecedented freedom for household energy management. The core advantage of the MARS I PLUS lies in its powerful three-phase power output, capable of easily driving high-power loads like heat pumps. Simultaneously, it is compatible with 4 MPPT 24kW PV input and integrates V2X technology. It can be paired with charging stations to achieve ultra-fast DC charging for electric vehicles and, during power outages, transform EVs into emergency backup power for homes, building a smart energy ecosystem where vehicles, homes, and the grid collaborate.

To fully cover customer groups with different budgets and functional preferences, MARSTEK also simultaneously exhibited its classic VENUS product line. From the cost-effective VENUS A, to the performance-optimized VENUS D, to the best AC battery system VENUS E, MARSTEK has built a complete residential energy storage product line from entry-level to high-end, meeting the diversified budget and backup power needs of local households during the policy window.

At the exhibition, the MARSTEK booth was consistently crowded, with a steady stream of distributors, installers, and end-users from Hungary and other countries. Many customers, after learning in detail about product performance and subsidy policies, expressed strong willingness to cooperate and purchase, creating a very enthusiastic atmosphere for on-site exchanges.

Solving the "Negative Electricity Price" Puzzle, Full-Scenario Solutions Safeguard Island Decarbonization

Under the EU framework, Greece is accelerating its goal of increasing the proportion of renewable energy to 80%. Facing challenges such as surging PV installations, frequent "negative electricity prices," fragile island grids, and high salt spray environments, there is an urgent demand for energy storage solutions with intelligent arbitrage capabilities and extreme weather resistance.

At the Thessaloniki exhibition, MARSTEK used the MERCURY portable energy storage series to fill the off-grid gap on thousands of islands, building flexible micro power supply networks; used the MARS I PLUS to strongly support high-power household loads; and launched the following solutions targeting the special island environment and household arbitrage needs:

The V6000, with its IP65 protection rating and wide temperature range adaptability, can withstand high salt spray and heavy rain on islands. Its integrated 6kW high-efficiency inverter system and millisecond-level EPS switching function not only smoothly drive critical loads but also support intelligent scheduling, automatically absorbing green electricity during "negative price" periods and releasing it during peak hours, thereby converting fluctuating electricity prices into household income. Additionally, the MARS I SE has a built-in AI electricity price optimization engine, enabling a cost-minimization strategy of automatic charging during "negative prices" and discharging at high prices. The system is compatible with wide-voltage PV input to perfectly fit various components and supports flexible parallel expansion of multiple units, easily meeting the reserve needs of households of different scales. Coupled with 10ms ultra-fast power switching capability, it ensures seamless operation of critical loads even during grid fluctuations.

At the exhibition, the MARSTEK booth saw a constant flow of visitors. A Greek partner commented after experiencing it: "MARSTEK not only provides hardware that complies with policies but also, through intelligent technical experiences, lets us see the future of energy management."

02 Technology Leads, Reshaping Energy Management Experience

During these dual exhibitions, MARSTEK focused on underlying core technologies, using three major innovation engines to break scenario boundaries and build a safe, efficient, and intelligent new energy paradigm for European users:

V-Boost Technology:

Effectively solves the barrel effect of battery packs. The system employs advanced active boost circuits combined with real-time cell balancing technology to effectively address voltage inconsistency issues caused by cell aging, internal resistance differences, or temperature changes, ensuring the system maintains efficient operation throughout its lifecycle.

🧠 AI Intelligent Scheduling & APP Real-Time Control:

Integrates an intelligent energy management system that automatically executes valley charging and peak power supply strategies, optimizing household electricity costs. Combined with the MARSTEK APP, users can monitor energy flows, system status, and historical data in real-time and flexibly switch operating modes, achieving fully controllable management from automated strategy execution to manual refined intervention.

🛡️Multi-Dimensional Safety Protection:

The system comes standard with highly stable LFP cells to ensure thermal safety; it is equipped with a new generation of intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) providing multiple active protection mechanisms. Simultaneously, with an IP65 protection rating and wide temperature range operating capability, the equipment can calmly handle complex climate challenges, ensuring long-term stable and reliable operation.

03 Deep Roots in Europe, Co-Creating a Zero-Carbon Future

Southeastern Europe has become one of the fastest-growing regions for renewable energy in Europe. Addressing this key market opportunity, MARSTEK is comprehensively deepening its strategic layout in Southeastern Europe. Through continuous technological innovation and in-depth localization operations, it provides full-lifecycle energy management support for European households and businesses. In the future, we will continue to increase resource investment, further expand our market in Europe, accelerate our internationalization process, and help European users achieve energy independence and green transformation goals.
